We start with a structured, 10-step, basic self defense program. Each step lasts two months, and students will receive a stripe on their white belt. Then they can continue through yellow, orange, purple, blue, green, brown and then Little Tiger Black belt.
To experience the benefits of the class, students should attend class at least twice a week.
