Our Adults class is specially designed for ages 16 and up.

The purpose and focus of the class is to be healthy, increase energy,  maintain flexibility through physical activity and get mentally motivated by learning martial arts movements. 

From our safe controlled environment, it is easy to learn our step-by-step, spontaneous self defense training program, which allows you to increase the boundaries of your comfort zone little by little at your own pace in a fun family atmosphere as you increase your confidence and self esteem.  

We start with a 20-min consultation to discuss martial arts in general, our school philosophy, and main purpose, which is personal development through mental, emotional, and physical stability. We then proceed with three half-hour introductory lessons for you to get a feel for the school atmosphere. This will help make it easier to decide if you want to contiune on a regular basis.
